After seven years of leading our organization from its inception to the thriving community anchor that it is today, our Executive Director, Susanna Wheeler, will be moving out of her role and into the field, where her expertise and energy will help our production team thrive. Susanna will be our new Farm Director beginning in May. With her move, we’re hiring a new Executive Director to lead our team.

This new Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team and leading the way on program development, fundraising and organizational strategy. This role is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and visionary leader to drive our organization forward. The Executive Director will work closely with our staff, our Board of Directors, community partners, public and philanthropic funders, and other local, regional, and national partners to ensure the organization remains financially sustainable while growing our impact and ties in the community.
